After two decades of foreign reporting for German newspapers and 17 years in development work in East Africa and Southeast Asia, I have entered the blogosphere. Having started in spring 2025 with my travel blog what happened to America and why I now write from Berlin about these turbulent times in the United - and some other - states under: America & The Rest
